Clients may use deliverables for internal or agreed-upon commercial purposes but may not resell or redistribute them without express permission.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information shared during service engagements, including trade secrets, automation scripts, and business data.

7. Limitations of Liability

West Strategy Integrations will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or performance metrics as a result of our services.
