Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance so I can offer the spot to someone else. I understand that life happens, so there is no penalty for missed appointments. However, frequent no-shows may affect your ability to book future sessions. If you're running late, just let me know as soon as possible. Sessions may need to be shortened to stay on schedule. For online sessions, please make sure you have a stable internet connection so we can make the most of our time together.
