Consulting Services and Custom Projects  
Payments made for consultations, project-based work, or custom automation development are non-refundable once work has started. Time, planning, and technical effort are allocated as soon as the project is confirmed.

I encourage all clients to ask questions before confirming a service to ensure expectations are clear.

Digital Downloads and Tools  
All digital products — including downloadable Google Sheets tools, Google Apps Scripts, templates, or automation bundles — are non-refundable. These are delivered electronically and cannot be “returned,” and include intellectual property that cannot be revoked once accessed.

Please review descriptions carefully before purchasing, and contact us with questions before completing checkout.
